Hartbrights Architectural Cladding (HAC) have begun work that will see Leltex House, the company’s headquarters, transformed from an outdated and unsightly 1970s office and warehouse complex into a stunning modern premises.

The existing exterior is well on its way to being stripped and ready for the application of HAC’s rainscreen metal cladding system. Using ALUCOBOND® PLUS in a mix of Metallic Silver and Anthracite Grey, the building envelope will be complemented by hardwood cedar panelling next to the entrance to produce a contemporary and welcoming appearance to employees and visitors alike.

In addition, all the ageing windows to the front are to be replaced by stylish tinted glass and the building will be finished off with LED profile lighting and signage, provided by Hartbrights Sign Solutions who also operate from Leltex House.
